Safety precautions for using mobile and handheld power tools

Safety precautions for using mobile and handheld power tools:

1) Mobile power tools and handheld power tools should be connected to protective grounding or protective zero before powering on.

2) Mobile power tools and hand-held power tools should be equipped with separate power switches and protections. It is strictly prohibited to connect one switch to two or more electric equipment.

3) The power switch of mobile power tools should adopt a leakage protection device. The operating current should not be greater than 15mA and the operating time should be less than 0.1s. The switch should be installed in a place that is easy to operate. The distance from the tool should be no more than 5m.

4) When mobile power tools and hand-held power tools are connected by sockets, their plugs and sockets should be free of damage, cracks, and well insulated.

5) When using mobile power tools and leaving the site to suspend work for some reason or encountering a sudden power outage, the power switch should be turned on.

6) Mobile power tools and hand-held power tools should be equipped with highly sensitive leakage protectors.

7) The power cords of mobile power tools and hand-held power tools must use copper-core multi-strand rubber-sheathed flexible cables or PVC-sheathed flexible cables. The cables should avoid heat sources and must not be dragged on the ground. When the above conditions cannot be met, When required, measures should be taken to prevent heavy objects from crushing the cables.

8) When mobile power tools and hand-held power tools need to be moved, the power cord or rotating parts must not be carried.

9) After using mobile power tools and hand-held power tools, the power must be disconnected at the power source side.

10) When replacing the power tool drill bit, it must be done after it stops.

11) Wear insulating gloves or stand on an insulating platform when using hand-held power tools.
